Members are required to use their food minimum within each quarter
*Membership may be suspended for a vacation absence period of up to four months, provided Member is vacationing at a distance greater than 30 miles from Windermere Country Club. Vacation suspension may be exercised once per annum.
Trail fees are charged at $1950.00 per annum. Member not paying trail fees or purchasing discounted cart rounds will pay $15 per cart fee for each round played. Guest fees are established at $30 June through September; and at $39 October through May.
No golfer may play as a guest more than four times each year. In the event a Member brings a guest, who subsequently takes membership, the guest fee paid by Member will be credited back to the Member’s account.
*All initiation fees are being waived on a temporary basis. All new members must provide 12 months notice for resignation of membership.
Notice period will be waived for serious health issues or relocation outside the Greater Orlando area.
